Our analytics services are provided subject to these terms and conditions.

• Services are delivered as agreed in project specifications and contracts
• Implementation timelines are estimates and may vary based on technical complexity
• Client cooperation is required for access to platforms and systems
• Training sessions are optional and scheduled separately
• Ongoing support is available through separate arrangements

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements and invoices.

• Payment is typically required before project commencement
• For larger projects, payment schedules may be agreed in advance
• Late payment may result in project suspension
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable

Our liability is limited as outlined in individual service agreements.

• We provide services with reasonable skill and care
• Liability is limited to the value of services provided
• We are not responsible for data loss due to third-party platform issues
• Recommendations are based on best practices but outcomes may vary
• Force majeure events may affect service delivery

Either party may terminate the service agreement under certain conditions.

• Either party may terminate with reasonable notice
• Completed work will be delivered upon termination
• Outstanding payments remain due upon termination
• Confidential information must remain protected post-termination
• Terms survive termination where applicable
